Person-Centred Therapy
in South West London & Online
Holding everything together on the outside can feel exhausting when, inside, things feel overwhelming. You might be struggling with difficult relationships, memories from the past, or a sense of not really knowing who you are. Perhaps anger, shame, or anxiety feel close to the surface, or you’re caught in patterns that you can’t seem to shift. Therapy offers a space where you don’t have to manage it all alone.
I am a qualified person-centred therapist and registered member of the BACP. I work with adults in Clapham (SW4) and online, offering a supportive, confidential space to talk openly and at your own pace.
My approach is grounded in the belief that real change happens when you feel heard, accepted, and understood. Together, we can explore what’s going on for you, make sense of past experiences, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I’ve worked in varied settings, including an addiction recovery agency, a women’s health centre, and a secondary school which has given me rich and varied experience working with a wide range of issues.
Before becoming a therapist, I worked in theatre, and I bring a deep appreciation for creativity, stories, and the many different ways people find meaning in their lives.
